About Me

I'm Paola Chu-Santander, a versatile UX/UI designer, photographer, and editor who enhances user experiences by crafting intuitive interfaces that prioritize user needs. I firmly believe that great design is about solving real-world problems and making technology accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Fluent in Spanish, I have a rich history of transitioning from a background in fraud and risk analysis to become a proficient UX/UI designer. My journey reflects a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

I'm a dedicated volunteer who has traveled to third-world countries to support orphaned children and served as a certified nurse assistant during the pandemic, helping those affected by COVID-19. These experiences have instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and resilience, qualities that shine in my design work.

I hold a certificate in UX/UI Design from Springboard, a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University, and a Photography certification from NESOP.

Outside of my design work, I enjoy exploring new cuisines, going for runs in the city, and capturing the beauty of the world through my photography and editing skills.
